Absolutely! Our modern vans are equipped with purpose-built dog cages that can accommodate dogs of all sizes. These cages ensure your pet is safe and secure during transit.
Our vans are fitted with air conditioning systems that include air vents directed towards the dog cages, ensuring your dog stays cool on hot days and comfortable during colder weather.
No need to worry! Our vans have a built-in doggy-wash shower, which allows us to clean your dog after wet and muddy walks. We dry your dog off with pet-friendly microfiber towels and finish with a spritz of dog-friendly cologne so they return home clean and fresh. When entering your home, our dog walkers will either remove their footwear or wear disposable shoe covers.
For dogs permitted to be off-lead, we equip them with state-of-the-art GPS trackers. If your dog runs off, we can track their location within seconds via an app, ensuring their safety.
Our staff are trained in Level 3 Emergency Canine First Aid, and we always carry a fully stocked first aid kit. If an accident occurs, you will be notified immediately. If necessary, we will take your dog to your registered vet or the nearest available one.
We’ll provide your dog with high-quality treats during the walk if you grant permission. Fresh water is always available to keep them hydrated.
Yes, we require all dogs to wear harnesses for safety and comfort. Unlike collars, which can put pressure on the neck, a properly fitted harness distributes force across the chest and back, reducing the risk of injuries such as tracheal damage or neck strain.
We have a minimum requirement of two walks per week. These walks can be either 30 or 60 minutes long, depending on your dog’s needs and your preference.
We typically use WhatsApp to send updates, but we can adjust based on your preference. Updates include confirmation that your dog is back home safely, details on whether they’ve wee’d, poo’d, socialised, been cleaned, dried, watered, or fed, and notes on their behaviour. We also share photos of your dog on our social media, but let us know if you prefer not to have their photos posted.
Once you provide us with a house key, it is securely tagged and stored in a safe until it’s needed. When in use, it’s kept on a secure key ring attached to the dog walker at all times. We never store your key with your address, ensuring total security.
Every Friday, we will send out invoices for the week’s services. Payments can be made via cash or bank transfer, whichever is most convenient for you. Once payment is received, you will receive a thank-you message along with a prompt to book your dog’s walks or visits for the following week.
